1) Take your measurements

📏 No measuring tape? No problem!

You can use a string and compare it to a construction tape or a long ruler.

Pro tips ✨ 

👉 Wear fitted clothing and stand in front of a full-length mirror.

👉 For each measurement, make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all around your body.

👉 Make sure to slip one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

👉 Record your measurements in centimetres or inches.

Where to measure 👗

• Bust: around the fullest part

• Waist: at the narrowest point, just below your ribs — where your torso naturally bends

• Hips: at the widest part of your buttocks (it’s often lower than you think!)

2) Choose your perfect size

👉 Always base your choice of the size on your largest measurement

👉 Ignore measurements that don’t apply. For example, don’t consider your bust for pants, or your hip measurement for a cami!

👉 Our garments are true to size. They’re neither oversized nor undersized! Choose the same size you usually wear in brands similar to Gaia & Dubos.
